WALKING TOURS WAIVER

1. Assumption of Risk: I, the undersigned, understand and acknowledge that participating in a walking tour involves inherent risks, including but not limited to trips, falls, weather conditions, uneven terrain, traffic, and other unforeseen hazards. I voluntarily choose to participate in this walking tour, fully accepting all risks, known and unknown.

2. Release of Liability: I hereby release and discharge Alpena City Walking Tours, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or connected to my participation in the walking tour, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss.

3. Medical Fitness and Emergency: I confirm that I am physically fit and capable of participating in a walking tour. I agree to seek medical advice if I have any concerns about my physical ability to participate. I also authorize Alpena City Walking Tours to seek emergency medical care on my behalf in the event of an injury or illness, and I accept responsibility for any associated costs.

4. Personal Responsibility: I agree to follow all instructions provided by the walking tour guide and act responsibly during the tour. I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings and accept that Alpena City Walking Tours is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to my possessions.

5. Photo Release: I consent to the use of photographs or videos taken during the walking tour for promotional purposes, including social media and marketing materials.

6. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Michigan, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alpena County.
